Don't waste your time. I've worked in customer service for five years and I would never treat my customers the way that these people have treated me. I was insulted, inconvenienced, and hung up on! As if planning my wedding wasn't enough stress, the woman who I spoke with the whole time I was going through this horrible journey of getting chairs was belittling me and telling me what would best convenience her workers. Not once did she ever think of the customer or care about my needs. My people working on my wedding set up had to unload the truck because Party Makers don't like to walk around a corner to drop off some chairs! I will NEVER do business with these people again. Please don't waste your money on people who don't care about your experience and aren't willing to do anything for you. And let's not forget they MADE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!! They were supposed to charge an extra $10 and they charged $30!!! I had to call my bank and file a fraud claim!!
