I also posted this on yelp since no one should trust this gym. They would not honor the Buywithme voucher that I purchased for the sole purpose of redeeming it on May 1 to use for the next 90 days. The promotion and voucher clearly states ""On your first visit, redeem your voucher for a 20-visit pass. All visits must be used within 90 days of issue of pass."" I'm not sure about anyone else but that obviously means that I can redeem my voucher at any point before the voucher expires for a 20-visit pass!! The kid at the front desk was no help on Sunday and I left my number to have someone contact me. No one did! I called today and spoke to the owner, Mark Rozman. He basically said that HE wrote this and it makes complete sense and he would not honor the voucher or work with me! It doesn't seem like he should be working in the service industry!! I would NOT go to this gym EVER. Their idea of customer service is a joke.
