It's a clean and beautiful place to live, but we have chosen to stay because of the following: (1) it's a peaceful place --- and that's not to say there are no kids running around; there are, but the kids are really good, energetic sweeties, (2) our neighbors are diverse and friendly but not ""in your business"" --- great space but nice to know you have people around who you can count on, (3) the apartment managers have bent over backwards to help us on many occasions --- from issues in the apartment (and there was really just one) to personal help needs, they are AMAZING, and (4) the maintenance man Tim and his family lived there for something like 15 years and take immaculate care of the property and tennants. Union Hill Apartments have become home to us! We have made friends and appreciate the incredible dynamics of the neighborhood connection.
