The Menils left such a wonderful legacy to the people of Houston. Their namesake museum is spacious, interesting, and free. It is surrounded by the chapels, lots of greenery & trees. I wish there was a beautiful small cafe serving drinks, coffee, light snacks on/near the grounds in walking distance. I would like to see more music, such as chamber orchestras performing on the lawn or in the foyer, maybe a little more showcasing of local artists in one of the many small houses/offices surrounding the museum.
