We called and confirmed the night before our appointment for our 2 siberian huskies to be groomed. We get there, (to the abandoned wearhouse that didn't have anything except ""Spaw at Tough Pups"" written on a piece of paper.. some ""SPA""W) they didn't know we were coming, said ""We'll get to them when we can, we have a lot of walk-ins today"", called them german shepards, and asked if we wanted them shaved. Any reputable groomer should know Siberian Huskies can't be shaved! they get sick! 5 hours later, they hadn't even been touched!!!! We had an appointment! Appointments come before walk-ins! We asked the manager what the issue was, he said ""call petco or petsmart and tell someone who cares and if we have a problem come back and say it to his face""... WOW.
Pros: Absolutely NOTHING
Cons: In a wearhouse, rude, don't know the breed of dogs
