Spaw At Tough Pups

I have been taking my dog to tough pups for 3 years now and have always been more than happy with the job they do. The prices are great and the staff and owners are very happy. I also took my dog the day when they were doing a fundraiser for the Gulf coast oil spill and they even let us know that it could be hours before we got her back, which was fine. And for how many animals they were grooming that day, they did an excellent job!! more

We called and confirmed the night before our appointment for our 2 siberian huskies to be groomed. We get there, (to the abandoned wearhouse that didn't have anything except ""Spaw at Tough Pups"" written on a piece of paper.. some ""SPA""W) they didn't know we were coming, said ""We'll get to them when we can, we have a lot of walk-ins today"", called them german shepards, and asked if we wanted them shaved. Any reputable groomer should know Siberian Huskies can't be shaved! they get sick! 5 hours later, they hadn't even been touched!!!! We had an appointment! Appointments come before walk-ins! We asked the manager what the issue was, he said ""call petco or petsmart and tell someone who cares and if we have a problem come back and say it to his face""... WOW. Pros: Absolutely NOTHING Cons: In a wearhouse, rude, don't know the breed of dogs more
