Having purchased my Volvo new from this location, I had great expectations. The sales team was not strong on making a deal - the owner make a weak effort of showing appreciation for the business. The service team may talk a good game, but almost always charged more than originally expected. Recently have had problems immediately after service. Coincidence? I don't think so. Most disturbing is the expectation of a high quality product that simply has not proven true to date. Far more major repairs than normal and no sympathy from the dealer or Volvo itself. Wishing I had bought another Honda.
Pros: convenient location - maybe a good product, but not sure now
Cons: not customer service oriented, misleading and questionable
