Volvo Of Cary

I needed to make an appointment with the service department because the weather was cruddy, and my windshield wipers had stopped working! They were very accommodating on the phone and got me an appointment within a few hours. Not only that, but when I came in, they immediately diagnosed the problem and because it was a simple fix, they didn't charge me. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I will always return there with my Volvo whenever it needs servicing. Thanks, guys!!! more

I bought my second Volvo from Volvo of Cary yesterday. Excellent sales team. They are very knowledgeable, and I never feel pressured to buy the minute I step out of my car. Also, they have a great service team! I have had great experiences every time I have gone. They explain what they are doing and why and never try to get me to pay for services that are not needed. I trust them and will be going back to Volvo of Cary for my third and even fourth Volvo!! more

Having purchased my Volvo new from this location, I had great expectations. The sales team was not strong on making a deal - the owner make a weak effort of showing appreciation for the business. The service team may talk a good game, but almost always charged more than originally expected. Recently have had problems immediately after service. Coincidence? I don't think so. Most disturbing is the expectation of a high quality product that simply has not proven true to date. Far more major repairs than normal and no sympathy from the dealer or Volvo itself. Wishing I had bought another Honda. Pros: convenient location - maybe a good product, but not sure now Cons: not customer service oriented, misleading and questionable more

Every time I have been to Volvo of Cary they do a great job servicing my vehicle. The staff is freindly and know the product very well. If you are looking for a place to buy or service a Volvo, this is the place. I would highly reccomend them to anybody. Pros: Very knowledgable staff Cons: not in the auto park more
