I needed to make an appointment with the service department because the weather was cruddy, and my windshield wipers had stopped working! They were very accommodating on the phone and got me an appointment within a few hours. Not only that, but when I came in, they immediately diagnosed the problem and because it was a simple fix, they didn't charge me. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I will always return there with my Volvo whenever it needs servicing. Thanks, guys!!!
