Every time I go in this store I feel like an interruption. The sales staff is not friendly and seems put out by my being there. I called about a product yesterday and the person answered the phone sounding extremely tired, and when she had to go look for an item I was requesting she was clearly annoyed. They had the item but didn't want to sell it until the next day (it just came in and was in the box - they were too put out to unpack it). I told her I'd be in the area that day and then not again for some time and she told me to call the next day and give a credit card # and fully pay to hold the item until I could come in. At full price, I just ordered it on-line and even got priority shipping at no cost. I'm not sure how the full-price stores can continue to do business this way.

Cons: Too many better places to shop for the same product!
