I called them regarding Homecoming pictures as I wanted details on the $25 CD they would sell in the package. I wanted to know the image quality. Never got a call back.
Today I get to see the pictures. Thanks for making my kids and their dates orange and looking like they belong on Jersey Shore. Please learn what White Balance is and how to use it properly. Nothing wrong with warming up the tone but this was way overboard. They also look out of focus. Out of focus and soft focus are two different things. I wish I could give a half star.
