Carolina Tire was absolutely great with my Honda Odyssey. My wife took it in for a free brake check and their skilled mechanics found a leak in my radiator. Their service advisor Stephanie took the time to take my wife out to the car, show her the leak and explain to her what it was and why it needed to be repaired.
My 6 year old daughter was with her and it was hard for her to leave because of the great kids playroom they have at Carolina Tire.
This place is hands down the best repair shop in all of South Charlotte. I went there after to get my oil changed and I saw Mercedes, Honda, BMW's and Ford's all being worked on in this clean shop.
If you are going to another repair shop, you owe it to yourself, your car and your family to go to Carolina Tire and try it out. You will be extremely pleased.
