Been here half a dozen times now, and have had a similar experience each time. Service is lacking but the food is second to none. Depends on what is important to you. Small parking lot, small place, but that helps them keep their quality of food under control. The wait time is pretty substantial but the food is almost always worth it. Hopefully you won't need a drink refill while you're there cause you probably won't get it. I bet if you frequent the place and sit at the bar on a regular basis the service will improve, but I live too far away to try it. It'd be interesting to hear their side of the story. They probably pay nothing for rent and have very little seating anyway so there is no point in improving...
Pros: food is amazing
Cons: long wait, small and cramped, bad service
