Days at the Mean Pig start as early as 6 if not before. So come 7:30 after clean up is done it makes for a long day. Sunday is the Lords day. Monday is the day we start cooking for Tuesday. So there is work being done even though people dont see it. Our hours work for us. It is the same crew all day long. We always give notice on the markee when we plan to close for whatever reason...2 weeks out of the year...I know we cant please everyone and the biggest complaint is the hours. I have 2 small children of my own. I like to see them more than just an hour a day. Thank You to all of the continous comebacks. And we welcome new comers. We do our best to make people happy and be pleasent some times rude people get the best of us more
