We bought a pool form Griffin on 6/19/08 and it was finally installed on 7/09/08. On 7/10/08 we noticed water at the edge of our pool and contacted Griffin. They said they would have someone contact us the next day. After repeated visits to the Atlas Rd. store were we purchased the pool, my husband became angry and asked me to deal with it. After at least 30 calls between myself and the store manager we still have a leaking pool. We have had no use ot the pool all summer as we were afraid to swim in it lest we make the problem worse. As of today 8/28/08 we still have no use of the pool and no one from the company seems to care. Oh did I mention we paid cash for the pool to save finance charges. Guess they figure they have their money so no customer service for us. \r
