I think this says it all, because there is no attempt by the employees to provide service. After going to Griffen for my pool supplies for many years, I went to the store on Two Notch Rd to get a replacement door for my pool skimmer on May 15th. Now 6 weeks and multiple visits later, they still can't tell me if and when it will ever be in. The clerk at the store can only tell me she has ordered it. When I ask when it will be in, she can't seem to call whoever orders the parts and to get an expected delivery. She said she would have the store manager take care of it two weeks ago. I'm still waiting. After many years of experience running businesses, this is a good example of management and/or ownership that is non existant or simply have lost touch with their customers.""\r
