My title says it all for Waste Service of Florida. Without any notice they took over rubish removal, or better stated they got the contrat to remove trash when they want. They have missed my pickup (Placed in the Street) many times. Thier drivers seem to love skidding to a stop with the squeel of the brakes. I think they take pleasure on leaving just a little.
