Plumbers, mechanics, insurance agents, handyman, yard service, we all try to fiind one who's honest, that looks out for the customer vs padding his/her wallet, etc., etc. I own a rental house on QA, and have used Rich at least 6 times over the past few years and never regreted a penny i've spent with him.
