Four of us dined before going to the Music Circus. Two of us ordered the Black Bean Spareribs, described as fall of the bone tender. Well, they had been cooked primarily by being boiled, not grilled. Black Bean sauce had been applied to one side and lightly grilled. The meat was tasteless since they had not been marinated or cooked with any seasoning. My wife and her friend also felt their food was barely adequate. Given that one eats at a restaurant primarily for the quality of the meal, this was a very disappointting restaurant. Yes it is very convenient to the Music Circus by being across the street, but it would have been better to eat somewhere else and then park in the public garage next door.
