Drawing on the ultra-fresh foods that only the greatest agricultural region in the world can provide, along with technique and attention to detail exceeded only by the very best restaurants in the world, Echo provides a sensory experience that will change your understanding of what food can be. It is one of the best restaurants in the United States, and at Fresno prices is probably the best value for foodies in the country.
No one should leave without trying the bread pudding, which is far beyond what anyone who has not had it would imagine bread pudding to be.
The only negative is that their wine list is ecelectic, and not particularly great.
