I made a couple of calls. The rep from Fast water heaters was very nice on the phone. He was very thorough and asked me some detailed questions. Their price was a bit higher than the other 2 companies-I felt better with Fast and opted to pay the extra money. I'd rather have it done right. Their guy was here within 2 hours and I had hot water again 2 hours after he arrived. He was nice and easy to talk to. Gave me a bid and did the work. I would recommend. Didn't give them 5 stars as they were a bit more $.
