Satisfied Customer-Twice!
We bought a home with Homark Homes Fosston two different times. The first time was in 2004 after my wife and I bought a piece of land from her father to place a home. We were new to this and were nervous about the whole home building process. We were heading to another home dealer one day to check out some homes and as we drove through Fosston we noticed Hillview Homes and decided to stop. The salesman Kelly came along with us to show us some of homes on the lot and on our tour we were very impressed with the quality of the Homark homes vs other models we looked at as well as Kelly’s knowledge of the product.
As I mentioned earlier we were nervous about this whole experience, but Kelly did a great job helping us throughout the entire process from ordering the home, to helping find a good financial institution, to finally getting the home set up. We lived in our first Homark home for 13 years and were very happy with it. It was a manufactured home that was of very good quality and very efficient.
Then in 2016 my wife’s parents decided it was time to sell their country home in order to simplify things in their retirement years. After much thought we decided to buy a new home together to replace our first Homark home. We knew this would be a challenge because building a two family home could be difficult. However, it was not because we went back to Homark Homes in Fosston and they did an excellent job helping to customize a floorplan that works very well for our needs. Again, the service we received was great all the way from designing and ordering the home to the final set up. We are very happy with this house. It is very energy efficient and is the high quality that we knew we would get by buying another Homark.
