Bought in 2007. Is a very well-built, comfortable home. 3 bedroom-2 bathdouble wide located in Blaine, Mn. Very easy to heat. Certainly miles better than older manufactured housing. more

My wife and I designed and ordered a park model home to put on a lake lot in Minnesota. Looked at a lot of different park models on the lots in Fargo and decided to buy one from Homark, I feel we did get a pretty darn nice park model, we like it and enjoy going there every weekend, it was all the problems that went along with getting it, from broken window to wrong wiring, communication was horrible, made promises that were never kept, ordered it in April with the promise we would get it in July, got it the end of August, got a month at the lake. We have owned it for a year in August have never heard a word from anyone at Homark regarding our new home. I think they probably are mad at us for checking up on them during the building process. I bought a home from them and it was a service nightmare. They had a convicted sex offender come out to do work. They had to redo the backsplash more than once. The nails from the subfloor came up multiple times ruining or flooring thus they had to come out and redo the subfloor. They had a slow leak in a water line that ruined a portion of our finished basement evidently from a nail. The time it took for them to show was lengthy each time they had to come and finally the screen door and windows that they used are failing. I was so tolerant with them and sent them referrals as I really liked my sales person but I really got a lemon and their service is bad more

Our Homark Home was delivered in November and set on the foundation in December. We can not say enough good things about the crews that set the house and did the finishing. They did a great job. Also a shout out to Kelly in Fosston for all the help in picking out the house and helping with all the changes we wanted done. Very glad we went with Homark . Would recommend them to anyone. more

Bought a Homark Back in 2013. Very Happy with the house. Have not had any issues except one shower head started leaking. Turned out to be just a cracked fitting. Just called them up and they had a service crew come out in just a couple days to fix it. The service crew was very professional and courteous. Thank you Homak for a good experience. 5 years later and still very satisfied. more

Satisfied Customer-Twice! We bought a home with Homark Homes Fosston two different times. The first time was in 2004 after my wife and I bought a piece of land from her father to place a home. We were new to this and were nervous about the whole home building process. We were heading to another home dealer one day to check out some homes and as we drove through Fosston we noticed Hillview Homes and decided to stop. The salesman Kelly came along with us to show us some of homes on the lot and on our tour we were very impressed with the quality of the Homark homes vs other models we looked at as well as Kelly’s knowledge of the product. As I mentioned earlier we were nervous about this whole experience, but Kelly did a great job helping us throughout the entire process from ordering the home, to helping find a good financial institution, to finally getting the home set up. We lived in our first Homark home for 13 years and were very happy with it. It was a manufactured home that was of very good quality and very efficient. Then in 2016 my wife’s parents decided it was time to sell their country home in order to simplify things in their retirement years. After much thought we decided to buy a new home together to replace our first Homark home. We knew this would be a challenge because building a two family home could be difficult. However, it was not because we went back to Homark Homes in Fosston and they did an excellent job helping to customize a floorplan that works very well for our needs. Again, the service we received was great all the way from designing and ordering the home to the final set up. We are very happy with this house. It is very energy efficient and is the high quality that we knew we would get by buying another Homark. I look forward to many great years living in this great home. In 2014 my husband and I ordered a modular home from a company other then Homark. We had it delivered and set that fall, shortly after we noticed many problems, first they put it on the wrong foundation, then we noticed all the rafters were snapping, the windows were all installed wrong if you pushed on them they would move back and forth, and that is just a few of the many problems we had, long story short it was a very stressful and horrible situation, we fought with them for close to a year and finally had it removed in October of 2015. Right before we had it removed we called Kelly with Homark, he came out and looked at the home (because we did like it's floorplan we wanted something similar) he worked with us to FINALLY get us the home of our dreams, he even helped us to tweak it so it was an more functional floorplan for us! We ordered the home and it was done in a little over 2 months we were able to move in shortly before Christmas and absolutely love it, if we would have went with Homark in the first place it would have saved us a TON of headaches, money and time!! The customer service is wonderful and they are fast to fix any problems, which we have had very few of, the only big one being when we first moved in to the house the dryer was not working, I let Kelly know and not long after they brought us out a brand new one and it works perfectly! I could not have asked for a better home for my family, everyday I wake up and say I can't believe this is ours! more

I don't feel Homark even deserves the 1 star. This home has been the biggest mistake of our lives and honestly ruining our marriage. We've had nothing but problems and the quality of products is absolute crap. Our salesman, Kelly, doesn't return messages or follow up on problems and then when we finally get someone to come out they make excuses and end up making things worse. Our "upgraded" windows are drafty, they didn't seal the basement windows so we've had water in our basement, the toilets have never worked properly, malfunctioning bathroom fans, dips in floor, sloppy finish work - absolute crap. When Jeremiah the service manager finally came out all he did was bash the product and go on about how its not even his job to be here. I cannot stress enough that buying this home from Homark has been the worst decision we've ever made. Please do not make this mistake. I cannot find sufficient words to express the anger and hatred I have towards this home and Homark. more

My husband and I had our home built by Homark Homes 2 years ago. In these 2 years there have been so many problems that there probably isn't enough characters in this review to name all of them. There has been issues with the shingles, siding, bathrooms not being vented, AC put in backwards, kitchen faucet had to be replaced, there are dents in the floors, toilet paper holders don't stay on, we were lied to about all of the extra contractors that had to be lined up when the house was first brought in, and there is a lot more that I can't remember right now. Why am I writing this after 2 years you're wondering? Well all of these things and the others that were forgotten have accumulated and I just felt the need to share. If I can prevent at least one person/family from choosing Homark Homes then I will be satisfied. It's a brand new house & it has been falling apart since it was built. The worst quality of products that I have ever seen. more
