My husband and I had our home built by Homark Homes 2 years ago. In these 2 years there have been so many problems that there probably isn't enough characters in this review to name all of them. There has been issues with the shingles, siding, bathrooms not being vented, AC put in backwards, kitchen faucet had to be replaced, there are dents in the floors, toilet paper holders don't stay on, we were lied to about all of the extra contractors that had to be lined up when the house was first brought in, and there is a lot more that I can't remember right now. Why am I writing this after 2 years you're wondering? Well all of these things and the others that were forgotten have accumulated and I just felt the need to share. If I can prevent at least one person/family from choosing Homark Homes then I will be satisfied. It's a brand new house & it has been falling apart since it was built. The worst quality of products that I have ever seen.
