Have had these guys out to service my AC twice now and both times they have been prompt and professional, from wearing shoe covers and keeping an eye on curious youngsters, to making sure my system is safe and sound for the changing of the seasons. I will be having them back next Spring. I bought the maintenance agreement which seemed pretty high at first, but it was for 3 visits so it averaged out to $90.00 per service. Also they called to remind me of my winter check up, something I had forgotten.
