My experience with iStorage Mullica Hill was good. They were willing to work with us. We do work for the banks and we store people's belongings for thirty days. I actually had forgotten about it. I called them and they let us come that day and get the stuff out because it was the last day of the month. So they worked with us on that. The only negative I would have, which is not really on them, is that they don't have 24-hour access. more

iStorage Mullica Hill is close to my home. I have been driving past it for years, and when I finally needed a storage facility, I figured it didn't make sense to go anywhere else. I had a positive experience from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was friendly and courteous. I checked out some of the units, and I found the place to be clean and very secure. I noticed a lot of cameras, and the staff is very adamant about making sure they always work properly. They always know what's going on in the facility. I chatted with the manager, and we decided on a the right size for me. He cleaned it up, and when I came back to load in, it was spotless. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was a very nice, helpful, and honest guy. The price was also fair. They gave me a sweet promotional deal of the first three months at half the price. I rented out the 10x30, so we were talking considerable savings. I haven't had to go back there since loading it, but the facilities are open from 5am to 11pm, if I ever need to check on my unit. It's been a very satisfying experience, and I would recommend them to others. more

My wife and I have two kids and another on the way, so we use our storage unit at iStorage Mullica Hill to store the things we won't need until our newborn arrives. We also use it to store holiday decorations, which creates less clutter in our home. The location was a key factor for us in choosing to go with iStorage Mullica Hill. It's five minutes away from us. Also, they offer cheaper rates than anyone else in our area. The units are decent. They are clean and locked down. There is a gate, which all of the renters have access codes to get into. The staff is nice, though I've only had to deal with them once when I initially rented the space. Since then, I've been pretty much been in and out of my units on my own. Everything else can pretty much be done online. Their customer service line is also easy to use. Someone will be with you right away, so you don't have to wait for a call back or talk to a recording. Overall, our experience has been good. We would recommend them. more

iStorage didn't inform me that they don't send bills in the mail. I didn't find out until two months later when I didn't get a bill in the mail and called them up. They said that they were paperless and would email me the bill. I don't know how they were supposed to do that since I hadn't given them an email when I signed up. They didn't tell me that I'd need an email and they had billed me for two months of late fees. They won't waive the late fees at all. There was some fine print somewhere in their contract that they don't tell you about. They will definitely harass you and call you multiple times a day until you call them back - even on holidays. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. more

We had rented a unit at iStorage Mullica Hill and called back to cancel because we didn't need it. When we asked for some kind of compensation, they weren't able to accommodate us at all. The people were okay, but we use storage facilities a lot in our business and we felt like iStorage wasn't willing to work with us. more

I used iStorage Mullica Hill once before, and I went back again because of it's convenient location. They provided excellent service. They answered all my questions and were very professional. I had made an appointment, but the staff member was busy working with another gentleman, so I did have to wait a bit, but that's understandable in a business. The facilities were very clean and orderly, and they met all my expectations. I would recommend them. more

Okay overall experience however the last time I used their truck whoever had the vehicle before me did not fill as required and it was not caught. I should have paid $4 for gas for my round trip -actual cost came in at $20 for 30 miles I knew something was wrong. When I filed a complaint they offered me only $10 in credit. Sorry, iStorage, this is on YOU not the consumer. You saw the gas receipt, and the mileage and know I am stating facts. The issue here was iStorage employees didn't do their jobs and it cost me an extra $6 in gas that someone else used. The value is not the issue here - it is the principle. A stand up company would have covered all costs that were obviously not my responsibility when you only went part of the way. Simply not good enough to earn positive ratings. more
