My wife and I have two kids and another on the way, so we use our storage unit at iStorage Mullica Hill to store the things we won't need until our newborn arrives. We also use it to store holiday decorations, which creates less clutter in our home. The location was a key factor for us in choosing to go with iStorage Mullica Hill. It's five minutes away from us. Also, they offer cheaper rates than anyone else in our area. The units are decent. They are clean and locked down. There is a gate, which all of the renters have access codes to get into. The staff is nice, though I've only had to deal with them once when I initially rented the space. Since then, I've been pretty much been in and out of my units on my own. Everything else can pretty much be done online. Their customer service line is also easy to use. Someone will be with you right away, so you don't have to wait for a call back or talk to a recording. Overall, our experience has been good. We would recommend them.
