iStorage didn't inform me that they don't send bills in the mail. I didn't find out until two months later when I didn't get a bill in the mail and called them up. They said that they were paperless and would email me the bill. I don't know how they were supposed to do that since I hadn't given them an email when I signed up. They didn't tell me that I'd need an email and they had billed me for two months of late fees. They won't waive the late fees at all. There was some fine print somewhere in their contract that they don't tell you about. They will definitely harass you and call you multiple times a day until you call them back - even on holidays. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
