Ask for Dan Corkill 11/19/2010

Wilde Toyota is one of the premier dealerships in Wisconsin, especially if you get to work with some of their more knowledgeable salesmen. Awhile back I was at a crossroads between getting a new Matrix and getting a truck. At Wilde, I worked with their salesman Dan Corkill to help me make that decision. He patiently explained the benefits of each choice, not pushing me toward one or the other. He expertly answered every question I had and really made me feel like he was working to help me out, not just to help out his own paycheck. I finally went with the truck, and I haven't regretted it once. Even on subsequent visits to Wilde for oil changes and standard maintenance, Dan is happy to check in on his customers to make sure they are still pleased with their purchases. Kudos to Wilde for keeping good sales people on their staff; I'll definitely go back whenever it's time to buy again! more

Awesome experience and service with Phil Lo 11/16/2010

My wife and I just purchased a new 2011 Toyota RAV4. Phil Lo made our first new car purchase the best possible with his service. He went above and beyond what a typical salesman would in helping us find the car that would fit our needs. We came in looking for a used current-style RAV4 V6 4WD. Knowing what we were looking for was rather uncommon without paying close to the price of a new one, Phil was patient and would contact us when one came in. About a little more than a week later, Phil gave us a call and said that he had one come in. After test driving it, the price of the vehicle wasn't too far off from a new one. To end our headache of looking for one (we wanted one that was also Toyota certified), we decided to purchase a new one. Phil was never pushy and was courteous the entire time. He never made us feel as if he was after our money. He made sure that we had a pleasant time making this purchase. I would definitely shop here again and would recommend Phil Lo to anyone looking for a Toyota, Scion, or any used car that can be found at Wilde Toyota Scion more

No Nonsense with Neil Jensen 11/13/2010

I hate the games that go along with buying a car at some places...negotiating, jockeying for power, up-selling. Not here! Neil acknowledged my price range and didn't try to ""sell"" me. He treated me with respect and gave me an absolutely fair deal, on both the car and my trade-in. I left the lot feeling great. I drove to Wilde from out of town on a recommendation and it was absolutely worth it. Neil was superb through the whole process. I will recommend Neil Jensen to anyone needing a car. Thanks! more

I found a Camry ready for me to test drive--with just the amount of mileage and price range I was looking for--and voila! Within 3 hours (start to finish) I was driving home with a smile. Neil and his boss, John, made the process easy and smooth...both were incredibly professional and respectful, and gave us a GREAT deal, both on the trade-in and on the purchase. I am from Madison and my mechanic, Harry, told me not to waste my time at local dealers, that I should go to Wilde and find a good toyota! And I did! Thank you Neil, John (and Harry!)...I am a 150% satisfied customer! I'll be back! more

Wilde Toyota Management Team: I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your Service Dept on the service I received 11/05/2010. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry XLE that was bought from a different Toyota Dealer. The Wilde Service Dept provided the service that my local Toyota Dealer would not do. I was treated with promptness and respect and made to feel special and I didn't feel that I was being "ripped off". Even as I waited in the Customer Waiting Room, I noticed that all the customers were treated with the same personal service and respect. It is very comforting and reassuring to know that there is Company that still believes in GREAT Customer Service. It is something most company's forget about in today's economy. My experience at WIlde is very positive. I don't have to ask to have routine maintainance things done like rotating tires, fluid checks because I know they are taken care of as part of my visit. Mike Lorier, who services our cars, also lets me know if there's something wrong that I'm not aware of...like when some wheel guard in the front of the car needed replacement or when our GPS disc needed fixing. They take care of even the small things like replacing the batteries in our key. I can get the car in any itme I want but just calling. Our service experience on the Prius was so good here that we bought our Corolla from Wilde last spring and have it serviced here also. more
