I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your Service Dept on the service I received 11/05/2010. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry XLE that was bought from a different Toyota Dealer.
The Wilde Service Dept provided the service that my local Toyota Dealer would not do. I was treated with promptness and respect and made to feel special and I didn't feel that I was being ""ripped off"".
Even as I waited in the Customer Waiting Room, I noticed that all the customers were treated with the same personal service and respect.
It is very comforting and reassuring to know that there is Company that still believes in GREAT Customer Service. It is something most company's forget about in today's economy.
I Thank You again for what I consider OUTSTANDING Customer Service.
