The place to go for Abuse along with service. I have never had service like I got from this dealership. 5:30pm I got a flat tire going to the city. I was able to pull off the West Grand Ave exit in Oakland. I called up the dealership because I needed to figure out what was covered in my warranty. I called once and the receptionist put me on hold for a service manager. I told her I had a flat tire and was sitting in Oakland. What she didn't tell me is that they were closing in 20 minutes. I'm on hold for 5 minutes so I called back and was put on hold again. I called back and was put on hold again. I called sales and asked if someone would please get a service manager on the phone. At this point I'm livid and just need to talk with someone who can check my coverage. Natalia really didn't care that I have now called 4 times for service and No One is taking the time to get me to a Service manager and No One is showing concern that I'm stranded in Oakland and trying to pick up my kid in the city. And No One is bothering to mention that the service department is closing in 5 minutes. She takes down my number and tells me she'll have the sales manager walk over to service and have someone call me knowing that no one would bother to get back to me until......tomorrow? next week? in a year? So far never. Now it's almost 6. So I try once again to call service. I get Debbie who is even more callous than Natalia. She doesn't bother to tell me that they are closing in a few minutes but gives me the number for roadside assistant. Even if I got my car towed to them. They Are Closing. She knows I'm trying to get to the city to pick up my daughter. She knows there is no way they are going to fix my car tonight or be able to get me the details of my warranty. So if that is the type of customer service you are into, go ahead and take your vehicle to Weatherford BMW. Enjoy the snarky, callous receptionists and the general lack of customer service. It's the place to go. more

I owned most of the imports and domestics except BMW. The other day I happened to gave a ride to my nephew to pick up his new BMW from a dealer. And I was so amazed the way they built the vehicle with lots of electronic gadgets. So I bought one and I love it, love it ...love it. more

We went in looking for a used car we saw on cars com. Josh Sirof greeted us on arrival and overall we could not have asked for a better salesman experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful and had a great sense of humor. We never felt pressured by him and he went out of his way to make what we wanted a reality. James Whittenburg in finance finished the paperwork for us and he explained everything in great detail. He was also a pleasure to work with. No regrets at all going to this dealership. We did email before going in and and got no response, so that does not seem to be their forte. No points off for that. more

I didn't purchase my car at Weatherford but have it serviced there even though it's not the most convenient dealership for me. Like some of the other reviewers, I give two thumbs up to both Brian Stegner and Steve Gass. They both go the extra mile to make sure everything's perfect. more

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and it was the easiest shopping experience ever. First, I made my decision on my choice of colors and options, then I researched the invoice prices and discounts available in the Northern California area. I placed one phone call to Guy Parish to negotiate the price, place the order and it was a done deal. The first time I set foot in the dealership was to pay for the vehicle after it arrived. I spent no more than 30 minutes with the Finance Manager signing the sales paperwork and was on the road with my new car. This is my second purchase from Guy and I have recommended Guy to many other friends and family members who have had similar shopping experiences. I've visited other dealerships before and have never had such tremendous customer service. more

I am a senior located in San Diego, CA and wanted a pre-owned BMW for my wife who’s 2005 MBZ CLK was coming off lease. As an avid internet shopper, I decided to scour the BMW dealer’s web sites in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles County. I shop the internet for most buying decisions to maximize my time, energy, and reduce the cost of running around to find the right product at the right price with the right specifications, and finally to eliminate as many steps in the process as possible. Most BMW web sites in the Southern California were not very robust nor the inventory current, therefore I decided to expand my search into the SF Bay area, Portland and Seattle. One dealer popped out to be the most interesting site-Weatherford BMW of Berkley, CA. They have a web site and staff well organized for internet sales. After a couple of emails and a personal phone call to Roberto Roy the internet sales manager, I zeroed in on two 2007 328i’s fully loaded factory demos that were well priced compared to other BMW dealers CPO cars. On a Saturday morning, my wife and I drove to Berkley, spent the night, and met with Roberto on Sunday morning after breakfast. He had our first choice 328i ready to go, but my wife informed me the color was not to her liking, so we went through a list of other 2007 pre owned candidates which considered options, mileage, and colors. I really wanted a factory demo vs. a CPO for my wife because each was extremely well equipped with low mileage, and 3 years of warranty and maintenance left. Also, one thing that Weatherford also does as a policy is to fully disclose if any damage or paint work was ever done to its factory demo cars, so a buyer can make an informed decision. After making our selection, Roberto Roy escalated the paperwork for the finance manager Jim Whittenburg. Jim was very respectful of our time since we were driving back to San Diego that very afternoon. more

Roberto Roy is the best auto salesperson I have met. He's not after a quick dollar, but wants to establish a relationship with you and keep you coming back as a loyal BMW customer. I recently ordered a 2011 328i and when I came to pick it up he had ordered a coupe and not the sedan I wanted. He more than made up for the error though by giving a fantastic deal on the more expensive model. I will definitely go back to Roberto for my next vehicle. Thanks again Roberto! .. more

If you're looking to buy a BMW, Jenn Bishop at Weatherford BMW in Berkeley, CA should be your first stop. I went to numerous BMW dealerships throughout the Bay Area and Jen was by far the friendliest, most straightforward, and easiest to deal with salesperson of them all. And this is in addition to the fact that she set me up with the exact car I wanted for a price that was lower than all the other dealers were offering. A funny fact: while I was still shopping around, a salesman at the downtown S.F. BMW dealership tried to tell me he could "beat anyone's price" - when I told him what Jen was offering he said, "Wow. I can't beat that." Jen is a car enthusiast and knows her gear-head stats and facts, but I appreciated that she didn't bombard me with jargon or try to sell me on extra features I did not need. Rather, she listened as I explained what I was looking for - which features were important to me and why - and answered my questions directly when asked. If you're looking for honest and professional sales person look no further... ask for Jenn. Its 3 months later and I love my new BMW more than any car I've ever owned. Thanks Jen! more

I purchased my 2003 325c BMW in May 2008 from Bruce. He was helpful and made certain I was taken care of from introducing me to Richard, my service advisor to Kathleen, the finance manager. The car was, and is, an exceptional automobile and I have made it a point to have my regular and occasionally required service with this dealership. I have owned the car over two years now and am completely satisfied with Weatherford BMW and the people who work there more
