From the first call from the service department regarding my recalls until I drove away from my service appointment I can only express my experience as very satisfying. The service department accommodated my appointment time. My service representative, Robert Romero, greeted me in a timely manner, fully explained the scope of my service, the expected length of time the service would take, my expected financial contribution ($00.00) and fully explained the amenities available. My service took less time than was expected, which was a bonus, and my vehicle was immediately brought around for my departure. The gift card in the console was much appreciated. Very good job Robert and Village Cadillac Toyota. My next Toyota will again be purchased from Village. \r Very professional and friendly more

The best dealership in Citrus County. The service advisors are all knowledgable but Dave B. and Debbie H. are exceptional. Jim Ring is truly a Master Technician on Toyota vehicles and my choice for consistent quality service. more

I purchased new tires and had a slight vibration at the steering wheel after leaving the service department. I returned to the service department two days later (Monday) and spoke with Tiffany Buehrig who apologized for the inconvenienced and immediately got the car road tested and the slight vibration removed. Tiffany Buehrig told me after making adjustments to the tires the service manager test drove the car to make absolutely sure the vibration was removed. She kept me informed during the entire process and I left Village Toyota with a smooth riding car. Thanks to Tiffany Buehrig I'm still a happy Village Toyota customer. The next week I purchased a new Tundra SR5 from Village Toyota. more

After coming in for years as a maintenance customer on our old Prius we finally purchased a newer Prius. Tiffany, as usual, has given us outstanding service and explained some of the options on the car that we did not know how to operate. We look forward to dealing with her in the future. more

Just bought a new 2015 Toyota Prius C from Raul Rosado at Village Cadillac Toyota. Through the the years I have dealt with many car sales people. I find them to be very pushy and never have had a good experience. This was NOT the case with Raul Rosado, he made the sale very enjoyable for me, he was fast, efficient, and did not pressure me at all. It was really a good experience!!! Thanks Raul!!! more

My service advisor David Becwar has always been very professional , friendly, and has shown an interest and concern for this customer and others that I have observed. The service dept is very efficient and well trained in any repair or maintenance work that is performed on the car. My most recent visit it was pointed out that my air filter was getting dirty and my water pump had a leak. Whereas I had the water pump replaced last year elsewhere for a $200.savings I returned to the shop and was told that it was not leaking but it was only the sealant that was used when installing it. I am glad I did not agree to a $400 new water pump. My check engine service light was on and Village Toyota did not mention anything about this to me or offer to check the problem(yet it was noted on my tech diagnostic sheet). My biggest problem with Village is the prices that are charged for parts. I know when it comes time to replace the air filter I can get it for 2/3 less than what I would have been charged at Village. Coupons are sent in the mail I am told but I never get one. My wife receives them occasionally with her name or current resident which means it is a mass mailing. My wife does not own a Toyota has never had her car serviced there yet she get the coupons and not me who is there every 5,000 mi for a service. This is a senior community with many on a fixed income and to see the many seniors at Village I wish they could do more at reducing prices. Village is always coming out saying this needs to be done or that and we can not afford it. more

Buying a car has always been a fairly stressful experience for me. Not so at Village Toyota. Darrin Mercer of Toyota's sales staff was thoroughly informed about the features of different Toyotas. He did an excellent job in helping me find the car that was right for me. He was always pleasant and professional in our negotiations. \r \r The Toyota showroom and sales department also are designed with the customer in mind. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. more

I have nothing to say but praises for Village Toyota. I recently bought my second Toyota from Kim and Charlie and love the car! They always treat me with respect and dignity. I live about an hours drive and only take my car there for service. I serviced my previous vehicle at another shop who messed up some of my electronics in the vehicle. I came in to Village Toyota for routine maintenence and they fixed what another dealer had broken in my car. They did it in about 10 extra minutes and at no additional cost. Thanks guys! you are truly the best!!! more

BUYER BE WARE!!! 11/18/2010

I can't recommend Villlage Toyota at all. The salesperson was nice, and we walked away with what we thought was a deal. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock, but they had located one. We went home with a retail order form filled out by the salesperson, outlining our final cost. This had been okayed by someone who had passed herself off as being the general manager. \r \r A week later we received a call from the salesperson, saying our vehicle was in, and we arranged to come in later that afternoon. I cleaned out our trade in vehicle, only to get a second call from the salesperson, saying that we did not have a deal after all. The general manager looked at the figures and decided that Village Toyota wasn't making enough money on the deal, so they reneged. We poiinted out that we had signed acceptance of the terms, but apparently that's just so the purchaser can't back out, but the dealer can do whatever he wants. BUYER BE WARE!!! more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/26/2010

My husband got taken advantage at Village Toyota, he went in for a oil change, while waiting for his vehicle the salesman Bill Davis talked him into trading in his Truck and purchasing a new Corolla, had him pay for the oil change I got say these guys are wise..They will lie to you just so they can make a sale and they don't care who they hurt or if you can afford it or not. If your married oh well it's not their problem, if your disabled not their problem as long as they make that sale There is no Toyota Loyalty there, we have had Toyota's forever, very bad customer service...I feel betrayed by this dealership they couldn't even wait for me to get off of work before they had my husband sign a contract..Very sneaky and underhanded.....I will never recommend this Dealership to ANYONE..... more

Lying, Cheating and betrayed 3/12/2010

I have never felt so betrayed, lied to, treated rudely, totally un business like in my life as at Village Toyota. \r \r They will knowing lie to you.....as we gave you a free oil change on the car you just bought....but do not mention it has an oil leak!!!! They sell you an All Wheel Drive....but the AWD is broken and there is not a mention. The Southeastern Toyota Dist. called and asked them (Village) to buy the parts that were not working and I would pay for the work. Statement from the head of sales Charlie and Director of bodyshop "We do not have to do anything Toyota tells us to do." Great way to represent Toyota folks!!!!! more

awesome community help 10/23/2005

this place not only allows you to test drive their cars, but they offer great deals. Especially with the gas crunch, now is the time to think about a large reliable car. In a few months, we'll all be ok with the price, then we'll have a great car for little money. These guys are also community minded. Always helping out the ball teams and schools. Awesome Cadillac and Toyota - best of both worlds. PROS: Community minded and good deals lately CONS: none more
