I can't recommend Villlage Toyota at all. The salesperson was nice, and we walked away with what we thought was a deal. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock, but they had located one. We went home with a retail order form filled out by the salesperson, outlining our final cost. This had been okayed by someone who had passed herself off as being the general manager. \r

A week later we received a call from the salesperson, saying our vehicle was in, and we arranged to come in later that afternoon. I cleaned out our trade in vehicle, only to get a second call from the salesperson, saying that we did not have a deal after all. The general manager looked at the figures and decided that Village Toyota wasn't making enough money on the deal, so they reneged. We poiinted out that we had signed acceptance of the terms, but apparently that's just so the purchaser can't back out, but the dealer can do whatever he wants. BUYER BE WARE!!!
