From the first call from the service department regarding my recalls until I drove away from my service appointment I can only express my experience as very satisfying. The service department accommodated my appointment time. My service representative, Robert Romero, greeted me in a timely manner, fully explained the scope of my service, the expected length of time the service would take, my expected financial contribution ($00.00) and fully explained the amenities available. My service took less time than was expected, which was a bonus,and my vehicle was immediately brought around for my departure. The gift card in the console was much appreciated. Very good job Robert and Village Cadillac Toyota. My next Toyota will again be purchased from Village. \r
