My husband got taken advantage at Village Toyota, he went in for a oil change, while waiting for his vehicle the salesman Bill Davis talked him into trading in his Truck and purchasing a new Corolla, had him pay for the oil change I got say these guys are wise..They will lie to you just so they can make a sale and they don't care who they hurt or if you can afford it or not. If your married oh well it's not their problem, if your disabled not their problem as long as they make that sale There is no Toyota Loyalty there, we have had Toyota's forever, very bad customer service...I feel betrayed by this dealership they couldn't even wait for me to get off of work before they had my husband sign a contract..Very sneaky and underhanded.....I will never recommend this Dealership to ANYONE.....
