The Dentist is about 4 out of 5 rating but with your staff it is a 1 1/2 out of 5.. 10/8/2010

Your staff needs to become more Children friendly... My child HATES the dentist and with the staff that you have she will always hate it... But as soon as I find a dentist near me that will take my child because of her being so young I will be leaving your office... more

i am very impressed with the level of customer service this office delivers. this is a small friendly office who make you feel very comfortable. i love that employees call you by name and are truly interested in my needs. ms.glenda is a wonderful smiling face waiting to greet you at the moment of entry, aletha is my favorite hygienist and the best! would definetly recommend this office to everyone! more

I was very satisfied with my recent dental visit at Village Family Dental in Saint Pauls. The staff were very kind and patient with me. Any questions I asked, they didn't hesitate to answer in a very understanding manner. The atmosphere is very pleasant. My daughter is a patient as well. I just recently scheduled my husbands first visit at this location. He's looking forward to it. more

Professional and Comfortable 8/2/2010

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism at the point of entry to exiting the door. The dental assistance (Teresa) was very kind and set the tempo for the type of procedure that was giong to be performed by the doctor. Very interactive with the patient. The administrative staff is very attentive to all the needs and concerns of the patient. The doctor has very good conversation with the patient to give the patient a sense of connection and trust before a procedure. more

Semi-Annual cleaning and check up 7/22/2010

Another great visit with Dawn. I do not remember the Dentist by name but she was great also. It was my first visit in which she examined me. I'll be back in August for a replacement filling. It's always great to see Sybil. She always speaks and is there if there are any issues that need to be resolved. more
