My 2 year old daughter had an appt on July 12, 2011 @ 10:20 am at Village Family Dental in St.Pauls, NC. I arrived for this scheduled appt. 20 mins early & was not called until 11...

I am a transfer from Dr. McGinnis. I liked the small office feel. Even though the atmosphere was different, the faces were the same.:-) more

Experience of my Visit 12/6/2011

Everything was wonderful with the visit that I had at Village Family. The hygentist needs to have a little more patience with children who may ask a lot of question and she needs to talk a little louder so that you can understand what she is saying. With the mouth guard on you can't hardly hear what she is saying. more

I have always dreaded having any type of dental work performed. However,now I can say that is no longer the case. The staff was very warm and friendly,and provided excellent care ( without even knowing about my fear). more

Amazing Staff 11/22/2011

My daughter Cierra had her first visit to the dentist and was extremely afraid. The smiling faces and friendly atomsphere and seeing the kid areas calmed her right away. The ladies that took care of my daughter were wonderful. Will be sure to refer.Also I am self employed with no insurance and the visit was very affordable. more

THE APPOINTMENT WENT VERY WELL HIS DAD SAID AND THE LADY MS.JACOBS WAS VERY NICE TO HIM LET HIM KNOW ALL THAT WAS GOING AND MADE SURE HE UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE PERSON UP TRYING TO GET HIM BACK IN VERY SOON BEFORE THE YEAR ENDED WITH MY DENTAL INSURANCE .....THANK YOU AGAIN.... more

EMERGENCIES 11/10/2011

THE OFFICE IN ST PAULS WAS GREAT GETTING ME INTO THE OFFICE WHEN I CALLED ABOUT MY SITUATION. I NEEDED A ROOT CANAL AND WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN. MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS FINE, BUT I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET A ROOT CANAL BY THEIR PERSON UNTIL DEC 13, WHICH WAS 43 DAYS LATER. I WAS OFFERED PAIN KILLERS AND ANTIBIOTICS TO HOLD ME OVER. I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER DENTIST FOR THE ROOT CANAL SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE THIS LONG WAIT. more

I love to go to Village Dental. They care about my smile (teeth) and they comfort me with laughs cause they know I am afraid. Village Dental is #1 to me! They are nice and dedicated and they really teach me how to keep a healthy smile and I think that's neat! It's more than going to the dentist at Village Dental! more
