My 2 year old daughter had an appt on July 12, 2011 @ 10:20 am at Village Family Dental in St.Pauls, NC. I arrived for this scheduled appt. 20 mins early & was not called until 11:25. I understand that there is a wait & I may not be called exactly at my scheduled appt but an hr later seemed a bit too much for me. I just feel that maybe too many appts are scheduled too close together & if you have an appt you should be checked in & seen no later than 15-20 minutes upon that time.
