My 2 year old daughter had an appt on July 12, 2011 @ 10:20 am at Village Family Dental in St.Pauls, NC. I arrived for this scheduled appt. 20 mins early & was not called until 11...

Unexpected dental problem 11/30/2010

I called and spoke with Monica who checked and got me in very soon as this was not a scheduled appointment. Once I got in, Amy and Doctor Jacobs examined me and told me what was wrong and what could be done to correct the problem. They were able to take me in right away and correct the problem. more

I had a tooth extracted. 11/30/2010

The staff was most pleasant and friendly. The dental assistants (Theresa, Alicia and Amy Lewis)were great. Dr. Gary Hall was friendly, concerned and very professional. He took time to answer all of my questions and did not make me feel that he was rushing me at all. The team of dental assistants and Dr. Hall were excellent. I would definitely refer others to Village Family Dental in St. Pauls. more

Aniyah's 1st Visit 11/4/2010

The people were really nice and very eager to be working at VFD. The only thing I was upset about was waiting. My daughter's appointment was at 3:20, we got there in time and had to wait almost a hr before we were call to the back. Aniyah's dentist Faith was wonderful, she gave us very important information about how to keep Aniyah's teeth looking beautiful. She was very friendly and defintily loved her job. more
