I went to the Home Show to look at Hot Tubs and Pools. I was very impressed with the salesperson I talked to at the Valley Pools & Spas booth. He was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly no pressure. I am definitely buying my swimming pool and hot tub from them. more

I use Valley Pools & Spas for service and I buy my chemicals there. They have always been helpful and very friendly. I especially like their chemical prices. Other places in the area have really high priced chemicals or prices that change all the time. Valley Pools prices are low and constant. more

Great Customer Service! I brought in my hose to get a replacement but they didn't have it in stock. They ordered the hose for me and i got it the next day. I also brought in my water to get tested for chemicals because my pool was shut down for 3 days and got extremely cloudy. Christi tested my water and sold me the chemicals i needed and within 24 hours my pool was Crystal Clear. I strongly recommend using valley pools and spas for any advice/help. more

Great selection of pools and spas and parts and products. What's even better is the customer service. I stopped in to aka a few questions about my spa and a specific part I was searching. The service rep took a lot of time looking for my part in the store and online. When they weren't able to find it in store (my spa is pretty old) they looked online and gave me multiple part numbers to search. I asked for some advice of which products were best to clean and they were happy to help and suggest what to use and exactly how to use it. This is the place to stop for your pool and spa needs. more

Every time we go here we are always happy walking out! The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! If you have a question or problem, they are ALWAYS ready to help! We were there today, it was very busy but we were helped within 3 minutes of walking in the door! GREAT JOB VALLEY POOLS!! more

They designed and constructed our pool. Our salesman / designer was awesome! He helped guide us in the perfect back-yard plan for our pool. He also convinced us to put in solar panels and our pool is warmer sooner than our neighbors' pools that do not have solar heating for their pools. Valley is known for their superior customer service. I highly recommend them. We couldn't be happier. more

I purchased a Marquis hot tub from Valley Pools and Spas about 10 years ago and I've had nothing but good customer service experiences here. They've always been good about answering my questions and have supplies that are priced about the same as online stores. I've also used them for closing my hot tub a couple of times and, although expensive, I feel like they do a very thorough job. Most of all, My Marquis hot tub has been bullet-proof...in 10 years, I've only had to replace the ozonator and remote control. Overall, they sell good products with good customer support. more
