I purchased a Marquis hot tub from Valley Pools and Spas about 10 years ago and I've had nothing but good customer service experiences here. They've always been good about answering my questions and have supplies that are priced about the same as online stores. I've also used them for closing my hot tub a couple of times and, although expensive, I feel like they do a very thorough job. Most of all, My Marquis hot tub has been bullet-proof...in 10 years, I've only had to replace the ozonator and remote control. Overall, they sell good products with good customer support.
