Great AC service from John J at Unique 1/4/2017

Unique always calls us to schedule regular maintenance of our Florida air conditioning, at our convenience. Technician John J called in advance of the appointment to let us know he was enroute to our home (much appreciated). He was prompt, courteous and efficient, and clearly communicated everything that was done on his visit. We continue to trust Unique for good service (we have been customers for about 10 years). more

Unique Sevices Tech Review 11/14/2016

I was very pleased with my semi annual HVAC service performed by Jeremy. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He found two parts about to fail in one condenser, showed me the problem, then replaced the parts with my approval. He was here nearly three hours. more

Brian Robinson is a great employee 10/30/2016

Brian is friendly, calm, and good at his job. He helped us out when our old kitchen faucet died and(we thought) needed repair. He gave great advice and was willing to come back the next day when we had bought the replacement. Actually the person who scheduled the call should have been better informed about how to address the problem. But Brian made it all happen. Hang on to this guy. more
