Jason was very professional and helpful. He explained just what the problem was with my AC, took pictures of the interior of the unit (it is above what would be the ceiling of the garage), and because of the mold in the unit suggested that I consider replacing the unit soon. He also negotiated a very fair price for a new and better unit and that is being installed as I complete this review. I could not ask for more. more

Brad was right on time wore shoe covers, did the inspection and advised me everything was perfect with the unit. He also gave me the option to sign a 12 month service call agreement. Which I did without hesitation. more

"Billy" & "Robert" came on time with our new Daikin air conditioning unit (replacing old Trane unit), removed all the old parts, lots of custom cutting/fitting/replaced with new parts, tested, cleaned up .. all in a long 7-hour day. Both were polite, knowledgeable, patient, hard working, cleaned up entirely and took away all debris .. overall, a very good installation team and a pleasure to deal with! more

I went to turn on the air conditioner and it was making load banging noises. They send John J. to look at it. It took him about a minute to find it was a dead motor in the unit. Today (3/2/17) he was here and fixed it in no time at all. He is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product. more

Charles Ohlson came out and performed an excellent review/"2nd opinion" today of my two 10-yr old air conditioning units. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to .. listened carefully and provided comprehensive and timely feedback. He's the type you can trust .. which is very difficult to find today in such a cut-throat industry. more

Let me first tell you that Jay H. saved us as being customers of unique. We were upset that last week my wife took the day off of work to be home for the scheduled appointment. She never heard from Unique and called to confirm our appointment. Dispatch confirmed between 2pm and 6pm. The tech called at approx. 4pm and said he would not be able to come out. My wife called dispatch and they did some checking and confirmed someone would be out between 4pm and 8pm. We received a call from the tech again and he stated he would not be coming out. We were in the process of researching other maint. contracts with other companies. Jay showed up at the correct time and explained everything he was doing and we had a good conversation while he was here. We will currently be staying with Unique Services for our A/C needs and maint. We also has a problem with the Plumbing division. We needed the wax seal replaced on our toilet and the tech did that for the fee of $200. In the process of removing the toilet and then replacing it back on the seal the fill value stopped working and needed to be replaced. I was charged another $200 for a $20 part and labor again after paying $200 for a $10 wax seal and labor. I would he very leery about using them in the future for plumbing repairs. Not sure if anything will ever come of the over charge for labor for a part that was working prior to being worked on. I give Jay H 5 stars for service and customer relations. The plumbing issue I would give 1 star. So that is how I arrived at a 3 star rating. more

I live down a few house from Jason M. My a/c was making a loud clicking sound and it was driving me crazy. He tightened some screws and it's all better. more
