Excellent Information 1/12/2018

Jay Hallmon came to my house to service my A/C unit. Because I'm not having any problems with my unit, I had lots of questions to ask him. He gave me helpful information, answered all my questions, and was very honest. He could see that I was reluctant to do anything, so he left his card and asked that I call him if I had any other questions or needed service. He is at the top of my list to call and will certainly give his name and number to my friends and neighbors. more

Mark F. Of Unique Services was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He protected our floors with booties and was careful to leave our home as it was when he arrived plus successfully replacing a breaker that had failed. Unique Services are admittedly quite expensive but they do seem to provide good service on short notice. more

Excellent service 12/10/2017

Destin, our tech specialist, fixed our AC on a Sunday. He was prompt, friendly, and very professional. He explained a lot about our system that will help us when problems might occur in the future. Unique Services are very fortunate to have someone with his expertise. more

Quick and Easy 10/18/2017

The scheduling was easy and was able to have the service done the next day. The technician, Austin Wamer did a quick install of a shower head. Austin was friendly and quick. more

Six Month Maintenance - Air Conditioning 8/1/2017

Excellent service today by Jeremy Wypiszynski on our two A/C units; Jeremy showed on time, per prior alerts by phone the day before, by phone the morning of and by email while en route; performed complete service inside garage on air handlers and outside on the compressors, all within two hours. Jeremy was polite, took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions fully .. units running fine .. he was in & out in less than two hours, professional and hard working. more

Brad Chambliss - Awesome Technician 7/30/2017

5 Stars for tech Brad Chambliss...not for the unit. I have a unit less than a year old. A technician had to come out 3x already to fix the unit. Brad came to do the last maintenance on the unit and he was wonderful. He opened the unit and made sure everything was clean and clear...he did the same for the outside unit as well. Very friendly and informative. more

Plumbing 7/17/2017

Mark Smith replaced a corroded shower cartridge in our master bath room. He is a master plumber and was professional in every way including explaining the issue and suggesting ways to address corrosion of our pipes with a more permanent solution. We will definitely call Mark again if we have future plumbing concerns. more

Griff was the technician and he was very professional. Air conditioning stopped suddenly and Unique Services was able to do same day service. Griff seemed very thorough and he fixed the problem in a short period of time. Thanks for such good service. more

Maintenance tech arrived exactly on time, and was professional and congenial. Conlon described the maintenance procedures & gave detailed status reports of our equipment as he went along--much appreciated! He also consulted online info about our 2 units in assessing their status. And, he was meticulous about wearing shoe covers each time he entered our home. All in all, a 5 star visit. more

Geury Lopez, my installer, was excellent -professional, thorough, courteous, and was very careful to explain anything I did not understand, or had questions on. He never stopped working for a second - I didn't realize just how much work went into a new installation. I was very pleased with everything, and would recommend both Unique and Geury Lopez very highly. more

Excellent Service 5/6/2017

Technician Darren was very good and made the repairs correctly on my A/C unit. I had 2 A/C problems and he located and corrected the problems in a very efficient manner Good service people seem hard to find these days but Darren is good and knows what he is doing. Highly recommended! more
