I have been taking my car to USA Brake and Auto Repair for years, and I would not go anywhere else. They greet you with a smile, great customer service and satisfaction is always number one with them but the most important reason why I wouldn?t go anywhere else is because they are honest!! more

Maintenance 5/2/2012

We took our car in for regular scheduled maintenance. The staff was friendly and professional. The service was great as normal. We were in and done in about 20 minutes. Always great to see the crew. more

Exceeded my expectations! 3/12/2012

I am very pleased with the way I was treated and how the work was performed on my vehicle. I was treated as a person and not just another paying customer. What impressed me the most was the follow up phone call I got from the owner to check to see if everything was up to my standards. You don't get that kind of care from other repair facilities. I recommend USA Brake and Auto Repair to anyone needing their vehicle fixed. more

Awesome service 1/20/2012

I've been going to these guys for about 2 years and I must say that I'm very impressed every time I come and get something done. They are extremely friendly and a great place to do business with. I know that when I come in, they aren't just trying to sell me something that I don't need and make me feel like I was scammed like half of these businesses in the Tri Cities! I always tell my friends to come here and they have done nothing but given them phrase as well! more
