I have been coming to USA Brake and Auto for much of the 10 years I've been living in the Tri-Cities. Now that I have taken a job that requires me to leave, I am really going to miss having an honest and quality shop to bring my vehicles to. Specifics of what I have seen with this group: The owner (Mirko Micic) has gone above and beyond in his efforts to satisfy customers -- I am no exception. I had a problem with getting one of my vehicles serviced in a timely manner, and he gave me free oil changes for that vehicle for a year as a token of his apology -- and I had to get oil changes every month because of my commute to Hanford. Another instance - I needed extensive servicing on my Toyota Sienna (power steering rack/tie rod ends) - they got the work done as promised, and the bill was several hundred dollars less than their estimate -- and they gave me a free alignment for giving them the business. One more -- just purchased a Honda Odyssey and had it checked out at the dealer for needed servicing. Got the results of the evaluation along with the bill for the dealer to do the work; had USA Brake and Auto give a quote -- not only did they beat the price, they also did more work than the dealer was going to do. Finally, I have always been able to bring my vehicles in for service, and whenever I asked about a service that I thought might be needed -- they were upfront and honest about whether the servicing was really needed or if a problem was actually caused by something other than what I thought it might be.
To sum it up -- this is the kind of shop you want to service your vehicle. They rely heavily on repeat business, and their approach to customers is (in my opinion) above the rest. Again, I will miss them; and I thank them for being the right shop for my cars.
