Once again, a wonderful and complete success. Charles' car needed not only an oil change, but the driver's door didn't open, (a part had been broken, and he bought what he thought was the right part -- but it wasn't) .. and last year he had bought some stripping for his car so it wouldn't leak through the door seals .... (which he thought was the right size, .. but it wasn't)... Well... the guys here at USA Brake and Auto Repair... took a look at his car.. and knew just what it needed and they were able to do it... One part was a bent wire, which they straightened, and warned him about, and then they had the right stripping for the door.... Just as we were pulling up to pick up his car...(which was done in just a few days... faster than we had imagined)...our van battery light went on... The front desk lady was able to bring it to their machines to have it tested.. and we were told the battery has 1/2 life -- but would last us until winter came again .... They were so polite, knowledgeable, and do such a great job.... I am so pleased that we found them a few years ago.... I trust them explicitly .... Thank you for the great service..... I had massive radiator fluid leaking and thought my radiator was leaking. I took it in and they did a pressure check, turns out it was just a heater hose. Saved me so much money. Great prices and trustworthy. more

I like that I do not have to have an appointment, but can drop in any time to get my oil changed. This past time though, they did not check the vehicle VIN # and mileage. I bought a newer vehicle since I was last in. It is the same model and color. And, since I have a disability plate, it has the same license plate on it as the older one. No one checked! more
