I have been getting my hair professional colored for over 15 years now. I spent 14 years going to the same company but was in a pitch right before my wedding and went to Twiggs off a recommendation. They totally came through for me! I have never had so many people comment about the color or my cuts then I have after visiting Twiggs. Nichole D is magnificent; I use her every time I go in now and I only go to Twiggs now. I love the extra little massage, how she can remember things we talked about the last time I was in and how great my hair looks when I leave. They really do know how to take care of you. The makeup touch ups, mini massages, and paraffin hand dip (winter months) are all extra bonuses that are free with the service. It is a little weird that they have you sit (with foils) and work on someone else because they are so busy each day. I didnt feel like I was being ignore or anything, just different. You need to speak up about what you like or dont like at times or they tend to do what is in fashion for haircuts at the moment for whatever your face shape is. But they always talk with you before cutting or coloring your hair and they do listen if you tell them what you want. It is costly if you are used to Great Clips for a haircut but worth every penny trust me and a little less then other normal salon in town when it comes to foils and eye brow shaping. Check Twiggs out you wont be sorry.
