I am watching Split Ends on Style network right now, and your shop does not give Minnesota a good name. I have been to some of the best salons in Minnesota, and yours is not one that I would ever frequent. What ever happened to Minnesota nice? Maybe you should all get off of your high horses and join the rest of the people in Minnesota that aren't self centered, egotistical, and feel that they are better than the rest of the population. When my clients ask for recommendation for salons, yours will never be one of them.
