Twiggs Salonspa

This fall I was part of the bridal party for my best friend. She called around to get the best rates on pedicures and manicures because most people in her bridal party were college students. She called Twiggs Salon quoted her at 15$ and 35$ for a manicure and pedicure. Many things that went awry that day in that they left someone completely off the schedule, misquoted prices and provided poor customer service. The manager refused to listen to anything I had to say about the whole situation and basically took the stance that there was no way anyone in her salon could have contributed to any misunderstandings. I vowed to her as I walked out that I would make sure everyone would know about the horrible service she rendered our bridal party. When I moved to the Twin Citied a year ago, I was overwhelmed by the number of salons in the area as I am from a small town in Michigan. I'm VERY picky about my hair so I tried what I thought was the best, a pricey uptown salon with a lot of devoted customers. I went there 3 times, each time asking for my hair to be cut in a specific way, and each time leaving disappointed. That's when a friend recommended Twiggs. From the moment I sat down, I was the center of attention. The stylist, Jessica, listened to what I wanted and tailored my cut to my facial features. I had my haircut with Cassidy, a junior stylist ""in training."" She was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The atmosphere is modern and upbeat, and you get a chair massage and parrafin dip with your haircut. Lots of variety in prices to suit any budget. I'm very happy that I went!
